I think the nameless job application would be a great idea as it would mean people are employed for their qualifications rather than their ethnicity, sex or even just their appearance. In my opinion the person best suited to the job should get the job, whatever their sex or race.
It's not a matter of skin colour, it's all about our British way of life. We ARE a liberal society. It is both our greatest strength and our greatest weakness.
speccy cunt, anyone voting for this mug is a spastic. if your not voting for UKIP your voting for shit. we're overrun with fucking pakis, more blacks are coke dealers than whites, pakis are less helpful for customer service. thats why there stopped an searched, thats why we dont give them jobs. IF YOU DONT LIKE IT FUCK OFF HOME.
There may be disproportionate inequality within the black British community and it is right the Lib Dems focus on that but im thoroughly opposed to any sort of positive discrimnation. Any group that restricts itself to representing one race is not helpful to the situation. As for diversity, I believe it has its place, but not if it compromises integration. People should be elected ONLY on their merits not because it makes Parliament look egalitarian.
For the first time ever in my life of many years of voting in a disheartened way, I now am looking forward to voting with pride - and this year I'm voting for the Lib Dems - It's time there was a human being in No.10, instead of a Blue or Red Puppet spinning out crap that they think we believe. MAKE YOUR VOTE COUNT!!
Clegg makes a very good point, abstention is higher among ethnic minority communities, they need to be included in the democratic process and if they still feel disenfranchised then that needs to be immediately addressed, Labour has failed.
