How do you gow to lubricate the engine ? Air is dry, and in the air are water partikels, afther a while the sigments of the piston wil demage the cilinder when it becom to dry.
@brendonv101 also if you hook a pipe to the intake and run it to light but nonflammable oil the crank sbhould suck it up not my idea but i use it as my system you still should putt a bit of oil in the piston

@MrElbacho the best engine to use, if you want to make one powered by compressed air, would be a OHV side shaft engine, reason being ive made one just out of a old vertical briggs engine, and it would run fine on 130 psi but any more and it would hold the valves open, so the other one i got was a ohv situated horizontal engine this way you can keep light oil in the pan keep it lubricated, and the vales wont stay open, thus limiting the psi to a higher maximum. dont blow up the engine tho
i just put some oil in it from time to time, meh it will be alright. When u start it the piston has to be at almost TDC but on its down stroke so when u blow in the air it doesnt go out the exhaust. I pull start it then put the air on otherwise it doesnt start. U have to time it pretty good or it can be down the bottom and then it doesnt work as the air just goes out the exhaust. I got a video of it running btw so watch that.
That won't work, you need a valve or something to time the blasts of compressed air

@MrElbacho I lubricate it with oil before each run. Its pretty old and hasnt rusted so its fine.
