  • Great video!

  • @lover4FASHION Thanks so much!

  • Thank you this has worked wonders on my daughter. She showers with the black soap, and use the foot cream and shikai mix after shower. Shea butter and coconut oil mix for her face.

  • @MyWashington5 Awww...I'm so glad to hear that the information has helped your daughter!!!

  • Good point thats my view point on health and taking care of ourselves being preventive....I have already started going natural with my skin hair and body products and now I am working on improving my diet..... I am doing a 40 day fast from meat and I'm hoping to cut my meat down long term to maybe two days a week and eventually cutting meat out all together....your experience and videos are inspiration for me so thank you for the info :)

  • @ReformationOfBeauty So glad to hear that I have helped in some way!! Best wishes on your journey and please keep me posted on your progress!

  • Good video, my 3 year old has ecxema and I actually just got out the bed with him to come online because he scratches the most in his sleep and I have tried so many natural remedies, Im going to try this 1 and see how it works. Its heartbreaking to see your baby suffering and you feel helpless. peace

  • @blackleatherjkt Yes, it is heart breaking!! Please let me know how these items worked for your son!!

  • @blackleatherjkt Make sure he gets an allergy test.

  • Thanks...love your videos

  • @tstrawberry1 Aww...thanks so much!!

  • Hello wondering what's the brand name of the 100% organic coconut oil you use?

  • @tstrawberry1 I don't have a particular brand I like more than another as long as it is 100% pure and organic.

  • Black soap from Ghana will also clear up any skin condition that a person has! Try it..you can order it offline or you can go to your local beauty hair store! Most hair stores or whole food stores sells it! I

  • @bnpearson1 Thanks...will do!

  • Great post (God Send)... I used the Coconut Foot Cream w/ Eucerin Dry Sky Therapy Creme (3 days on my son) and it has made an AMAZING difference w/ 0 steroids (Love- Love- Love it)... We can't thank you (and your sister) enough!!! We're going to try the Shikai lines too!!! Best of luck to you on your journey this year... you're a natural!!!

  • @CoviD79 Oh...I'm so glad it worked for you. I think you will find the foot cream mixed with the Shikai Dry Skin Therapy and even some 100% Organic Coconut Oil to work even better than the Eucerin, which has petrolatum and mineral oil in it which is not good for our skin.

  • @NaturalJourney ~ We will try the Shikai Dry Skin Therapy... it's been hard to find in our area so we've ordered it online... Never though about the Eucerin content... Thanks A Million!!!

  • Hey, did you say that you use pure coconut oil on your skin or the product with coconut oil on your skin? Thanks. I love the glow. Also, what is on your face to make it glow so nicely?

  • @PrettyBrownEyes718 Both. I use organic coconut oil on my body everyday as my moisturizer. I don't use it on my face though. On my face I use African Black Soap to wash and Lavender Witch Hazel to tone and moisturize. When it is really cold and my skin is extra dry I will use Burts Bees Pomegranate Ageless Moisturizer on my face. I also use a little of Mac's Mineral powder to even my tone. My sister uses the Burts Bees foot cream, which has coconut oil in it, on her daughters skin to help

  • @PrettyBrownEyes718 with her eczema. She mixes the foot cream with a lotion by Shikai called Dry Skin Therapy that has borage seed oil in it and puts it on my niece.

  • Thanks for sharing this information. I have Eczema and it can be a pain sometimes. This is off the topic. But, you look radiant! Your skin is beautiful and beautiful hair as well. God Bless!

  • @dyneece I hope the information helps! Thanks so much for the compliments!!!

  • THANKS SO MUCH FOR THIS POST!!! THIS WAS VERY HELPFUL :O)

  • @lnesbitt21 I'm so glad it was beneficial to you!

  • I love eating organically and I wish I could be more consistent with it, you've spark me to start that up again. Your skin looks great!

  • @godsflame2 You will get there! The first step is awareness, so you are already on path. Daily small changes will equal great results!! Thanks so much!

  • Thank you for the video...I will definitely try this for my son. This would be a great alternative to the prescription medicine he currently uses. I also use coconut oil on my skin. I also use a little mixed with my face cream since it is colder now.

  • @mrsgriffin41 My pleasure...I hope you can find some natural alternatives to the medicines, too! Also double check and research the foods you/he are eating...some small changes might make a huge difference.

  • Great vid! I have seborrheic dermatitis and by doing my own research I found that a key factor is sugar. Seborrheic dermatitis is caused by a fungus overgrowth in the system and sugar, yeast etc can cause an overgrowth in fungus growth in the body. My doctors never mentioned this and I kept wondering why I was not improving with medication. I started drinking more water w/lemon, green tea decreasing sugar and dairy. I wash my face w/raw organic honey and coconut milk. ton w/acv-80% improvement!

  • @tulipsun21 Those two things...dairy and sugar...are two foods that create an acidic environment in our bodies. We should try to eat foods that create a more alkaline state. I will do a video on that soon. I am so glad you are seeing some improvement!!!

  • As soon as you said use Coconut oil, I ran in the kitchen and put it on my Eczema! I must say it works better, or rather shall I say it feels more soothing than the Shea Butter I've been using! Thank you!

    Peace & Veggies,

    MissGreeSmoothie

  • @MissGreenSmoothie LOL...I like that...no procrastination with you!! I am glad it provided some type of relief!

  • Also can you do a tutorial on how you did this fruit smoothie? (sorry that I keep asking questions lol)

  • @kristenjdec No worries...yes, I will do a tutorial on the fruit smoothie soon.

  • Can you do a video on "Natural Psoriasis Treatment"? I was diagnosed with scalp psoriasis 2 years ago.

  • @kristenjdec I don't have any personal experience with this, but I will see if I can find some research on it.

  • Great puff...thanks for sharing this information!!

  • @benjaminscameron Thank you...my pleasure!

  • One more thing... I love that you touched on the topic of "clean" eating (i.e. organic foods and consuming items in a natural or unprocessed state). These changes have been life altering for me, and my skin and body have never felt/looked better. I have been trying to convince my sister of the benefits of this lifestyle. However, even as a professional in the healthcare industry, she rejects the idea of healing through foods. God bless you for sharing the wealth of this knowledge.

  • @MizzNaturalM I concur 100% about the benefits of eating "clean" as a lifestyle. I have noticed so many positive changes from my hair, skin, nails, digestive tract, less congestion and mucus accumulation. I know how you feel about your sister, I experience this with my family and friends to, but I try not to push and argue with folks. I'd rather focus on my practice...eventually people will notice the changes in you and seek out the information. God bless you too and keep up the great work!

  • As an 18-year sufferer of eczema, I can attest to your comments regarding our food intake. A dairy-free, gluten-free diet is life changing, and helps with the skin substantially (in addition to other ailments and disorders). I am not certain how much information you have on this topic, but I would love to see a video on that subject in the future (if possible). Thanks for the recommendations, and be blessed!

  • @MizzNaturalM Thanks for your comments!!!! It's always good to hear from people who have benefited like I am from this lifestyle change! Great suggestion...I will add it to my growing list of vlog topics.

  • they really got us with this 'organic' stamp...haha.

  • @jeskajuice Not sure I follow you and wonder if you are being sarcastic? I hope not. I definitely promote eating organic fruits and veggies and other unprocessed foods as much as possible...and limiting or eliminating processed foods, dairy, and meats. That's just my opinion...do your own research and find what works for you. Peace and blessings.

  • Shea Butter has almost completely eliminated my baby's eczema

  • @CutiePieZphi Wow...great to hear!! Thanks for sharing!

  • This is a very informative video thanks so much!

  • @videowizard I'm glad you found it beneficial! You are certainly welcome!!

  • My daughter has/had eczema really bad from birth. Her doctor recommended switching her formula and food, which we did. Along the way I bought every cream under the sun to treat her scabbie dry skin, it would work a while but come back. Most recently I started researching natural oils and I came across Ricebran Oil and Rosehip Oil. They have made her skin so beautiful now. Nataural oils are a staple in my home now, not just for my daughter, but my household. I love your channel!

  • @Ainoyerb Great information!!!! Thanks for sharing! I am so glad to hear that your daughter has found some relief from these natural products. Thanks also for subbing and your kind words!! Peace and blessings!

  • BTW: I'm on day 3 drinking Smooth Move tea that you recommended in an earlier vid. Amazing tea...it works!

  • @ShanaJaye Ok...but be careful with that. You shouldn't drink it daily unless you are doing some type of cleanse and even then be sure to drink plenty of water. If you are eating lots of organic, fresh, and raw fruits and veggies your system should eventually clean itself and get on a regular pattern of elimination withouth the need of a laxative. We should work towards having 2 - 3 eliminations a day...since that's how many times we eat. Take and best wishes on your journey!!!

  • @NaturalJourney WOW...ok. I thought it was a tea that you were supposed to take for a week, several times a year. I will be mindful of what you've stated. I did the Fat Smash for 9 days about a month ago (which consist of raw fruits, veggies and plenty of water) and it did the jump as well. I am increases these daily to make it a lfestyle and not just a "diet." Thanks!

  • Wow 2 vids in a week...great! I love watching your vids. :)

  • @ShanaJaye LOL...I know, right!!!! Thanks so much!!!

  • For those of you who live in the vincinity of a Safeway they currently have Shikai products on sale for $3 and some change.

  • @anwalker3592 Great info...thanks for sharing!!
