The inmate that appears at 2:00 is the same man that was in Terminator. He was the man who said 'AHH DAMN' when Terminator walked through the hotel hallway carrying the automatic rifle. It is funny that he is on the same side(right) of the main character in both movies.

Ernest got electro shock powers from playing Bioshock! He was a janitor in Rapture and Andrew Ryan paid him in Plasmids and Gene Tonics! Not really! But would be nice if it did happen!!

I know that Ernest and Nash both looked alike but, I was a little surprised that Warden and the security guards didn't know that Ernest was telling the truth that he was Ernest and not Nash because for one thing, Ernest and Nash both had different voices and Nash never wore a hat in jail but, Ernest always wore a hat and never took it off. (Unless Warden and the security guards thought Ernest was trying to disguise his voice and wear the hat as a disguise which is why they didn't believe him).

Yes, it would be great to have electrical powers like that. (I guess the only reason why he got those electrical powers was because, the Electric Chair wasn't powerful enough to kill him since it was broken and they didn't have it fixed well. I know he did get electrocuted earlier in the movie without dying either because, he's stronger than electricity or there wasn't too much power). The bad thing was that he ran out of electric powers before he was confronted by his cell mate Reuben.

I hope someone uploads this entire Ernest movie. This one, next to Ernest Scared Stupid, Ernest Saves Christmas, Ernest Goes to Camp, and Ernest Rides Again are the best Ernest movies. Furthermore, if anyone has any episodes of Hey Vern, It's Ernest, I hope they'll upload them onto YouTube as well.

Also, the movies "Ernest Goes To Africa", "Ernest In The Army", and "Slam Dunk Ernest" are great movies too. (I haven't seen "Ernest Rides Again" but, I would like too. Unfortunately, I can't find a store or a company that sells it).

Truth is,I'm not opposed to the death penalty in theory,just the way it's done. There've been many cases (Texas particularly)of executions where there has been serious doubt raised of the guilt of the executed, because they couldn't afford proper defense, etc. but the evidence came too late. I have no problem in executing someone when they are guilty beyond any reasonable doubt, and when their crimes are so serious they deserve it (e.g., John Wayne Gacey). But Ernest didn't desrve it!!

Yeah, but what I mean, is the death penalty opponents are against it for serial killers and the like where there is no doubt of their guilt. Sure, kill them. People like Gacey,Dahmer, the BTK killer. Kill them,no problem. But I also think the death penalty is used too often in places like TX where a lot of people who lack a good defense are convicted.Some of them may be innocent,some may have had extenuating circumstances that didnt warrant execution as punishment.But again, Ernest was innocent!

no, i don't get what death pen. opponents are trying to prove- who does it serve in any way to have completely unremorseful, non-rehab-able people alive for decades? i can't see how it is even justified as far as providing jobs for extra prison personnel. i have a brother-in-law who was a state pen employee - some are not fit to breathe
