Doesn't it make more sense to start with a bill this is truly 'post-partisan' and covers everyone? Good legislation is the art of the incremental with sound principles. This prospect encourages me that we really can cover all people and then work on reducing the cost and increasing preventive options. Car insurance is reduced for good behavior, imagine the same for healthy lifestyles.
Mr Cooper this all sounds like a good idea BUT as long as there is Insurance and Drug lobbyists I do not see the American people getting any medical plans that is for making people healthy. Treating symptoms is more profitable than cures! I do hope I am proved wrong BUT I am not holding my breath!
