@Sldp90 Samtrans is the bus service company. They have a bus that starts at the San Carlos train station and goes through Redwood Shores on through Belmont. I think the bus has a lot of stops in Redwood Shores. It's the 260 bus I think.
well i hear that San carlos is broke and they try to get evey dime out of you by raising prices. Like there dump is way out of line and I know for a fact there loseing money and why in the hell do they want to bulid a new center nexts door that coast 50 mil really dumb. I have been doing biz in that town and spending money for years and now it's over. I will no longer spend money in that town untill that dump lowers there prices.
I left the bay area 9 years ago to live in phoenix and I lived in san carlos for several years. This coming spring of 2010, I'm moving back to San Carlos to take over my dad's biz and cant wait to get back "home". It really is one of the best cities on the peninsula!!!
The feeling of "community" really shines through not just in words, but in the faces of these lucky people who love the place they live. San Carlos....what a town!
