@diegonikki understanding the nature of belief and the nature of our egos is alot of the reason people do drugs like these, or even attempt meditation. it seems to me you are gifted in your manipulation of your mind and body, but you may be too young to fully understand the universe from a neutral standpoint, with an open mind. Well here's the thing. The only way to experience a DMT flash while not ingesting DMT of sufficient quantity and quality is you have to be born or you have to die. To title a first meditation video as DMT trip just shows your infantile experiences. I do not mean to bash, but DMT will literally make you shit your pants, not feel safe. When you talk about getting back, you made alot of sense about what you have to do, but I would guess that when you were sitting, you had not expectations for what you were doing or were about to do. Its being sincere to the moment. We have a tendency to get caught up in the ends that we put this subtle pressure on "preforming correctly, judging exactly how everything should be going. So my thought to you is to get back you just have to wait until you're ready and you'll do it and be there =)

I'm really just getting into this myself, but it sounds like you were temporarily breaking through to a higher plane, to a more connected or unified form of consciousness with the destruction of the ego, as you said you felt that your thoughts were more truly your own or that you were existing purely in one thought. @Globox822 Yes farts do connect us! When the molecules in our bodies are converted to gasses in farts they are used by the Earth to help keep us all alive but only when they are balanced. Lately the balance has been off skew causing many problems but nothing worse than what has plagued the earth previously. The overabundance of methane from cow farts actually is causing detrimental consequences in the atmosphere. You would never suspect something as little as a fart was so influential

@phillyprodigy09 Life isn't an illusion, but 3D "normal" life has to be an illusion when you think about anomalies like black holes, light bending, and time going at a different rate depending on where you are in the universe. I mean, it really seems as if the physical world is all relative, and therefore irrelevant. Finding the "spiritual world" is all that really matters in this life. What that phrase means is not something I can put into words right now, but that's what it is...

@matthias2986 Energy = God? How else could we have gained intelligence throughout our evolution? But do I think that God has a specific gender (namely male) and cares about humanity in particular? Also i encountered a strange being who i still have not fully understood... anyhow i had an OBE at this age and fell in love with leaving my body. sometimes i will have my eyes closed in meditation and i will lose track of my physical body but still VERY aware of the room, suddenly its as if my eyes are open and i can see only without my eyes..you get me? then i can move about without my body -note: not astral proje

You keep saying that you came "back in" to reality, when the truth is that the third deminsion isn't really reality at all. The third deminsion that we are trapped inside of is merely a reflection of what we expcect and are taught to see. The astral deminsion, which is where you were during this OBE, is true reality.
