I still say to this day that this was the last good NBA dunk contest. Ever since this one, all others that have followed have been about props more so than the dunk itself. I guess VC was so nasty in this contest that he not only killed it for all the contestants in this contest, but for ALL the future dunk contestants as well!!

this is probably going to go down as THE best dunk contest ever, if not at least top 3 ...

EVERYTHING: the hilarious commentating (esp. from Kenny "the JET" Smith", all the great reactions of all the other NBA players (Shaq @1:17 and KG @ 3:17 are awesome) , the crowd getting so into it, and of course, some of the most incredible dunks ever seen on an NBA court, with none other than VC winning it with his half-man, half-amazing dunks !
