  • I only listen to this at one volume.... Motherfucking Loud!

  • Like a boss!

  • I hope people realise how Seasick Steve is important

  • 13 people aren't too fancy and plenty cheap.

  • Eric Clapton, this is how it's done!

  • Saw him on "Something for the weekend" he is amazing

  • Class.☺

  • we don't need anything...just we a minimum luggage...that's all... because it's a lifestyle not a hobby...because... "..to be on the road is the hapiness but to arrive is death..." or ...the real vagabonds are stateless, more stupids are just turists..."

  • many people have so many things and they don't feel happy

this guy has nothing and he's happy

people need to start enjoy what they got and be satisfied

  • The blues aint about colour - it's about feeling. Music has to be about going with what makes you YOU. Believe me man, living in the gutter gives you that FEEL, and if there's one thing you can't lose, it's that FEEL. Seasick Steve is an inspiration to ALL who know that feel. Black, white, yellow or green. Lets just be happy that the one thing that we really CAN share in this world is music . . . . .

  • I think everyone should spend a week, a month or even a year living off the grid. My time was 1989. Most of my friends were homeless and yet attending college. I couldn't get that high up. I was amazed they were in college.

  • @disgruntledgrrl Amen to that ! I quit this country (UK) for 'the road' in 1982, spent an age wandering round Europe, busking, begging, fruit picking etc. I'm a married man with offspring and a mortgaged property now, but what would I give to be sitting at a crossroads in the warm sun, flipping a coin, trying to make up my mind....

  • Like a boss.

  • Livin' on the street is what life is about!

  • holy shit.

  • GREAT !! THX !!

  • WTF This Guy is great

  • Go on Steve !! next time you come to france and you need a drummer, i'll be there !!!!

that's some fucking blues dudes !!!

  • Butcherguitars is upset that Seasick is "stealing" black man's music huh? Well Charlie Pride stole white man's music first!

I'm just screwing with y'all. My sentiments are like ttlesoro below. I'd watch whoever as long they was good.

Besides, it ain't the first time a white guy song the blues. Stevie Ray Vaughn, Charlie Musslewhite, Johnny Lang, and the Blues Brothers -They weren't really singers but I liked the way they sound anyways. Oh and Carlos Santana, but he's Latino and don't count.

  • Check out my Seasick Steve - Hobo Low (bass cover)

  • I am not going to get into dispute about blues. Its all just about this thril that goes down mine spine every time I hear him.

  • Toe tapping stuff. Brilliant.

  • Great Music! Seasick Steve didn't get famous untill he hit his 60's. Still kicks the ass off most of the pre fab crap most people listen to!

  • Nobodys owns the blues, jazz, rock or country or what ever. Everybody has right to play what ever they want.

I love Seasick Steve, he´s white, so what? I also love John Lee Hooker, Muddy, Jimmy Reed....

Come on guys. If you dont like Seasick Steve, stay away and let us enjoy, right? Different strokes for different folks.

  • "Something else that used to be meat," ahhhhhhhhh yummmy.

  • Thumbs up grandpa! :o)#

  • My blue side of life is so turned on

    And a light is burning

  • Music woud be 100 times better if musicians didnt care about money...

  • Check out my Seasick Steve - Hobo Low (bass cover)

  • with that hood up he almost looks like rob zombie.

  • "Garage" to the bone! This man is one of the reasons i still have hope in music!

  • What a great sound!

  • @Butcherguitars hahaha alright mate you stick to your roswell forums

  • @Butcherguitars HAHAHAHA..... I've been following Steve for a few years. This is the way he's always been and it ain't no gimmick son. He's about as real as you can get. Lived the way most of our old school blues legends did.... only even more down low. Dig it and get the message or move back to Disneyland with the rest of the sociopathic nut cases that are the majority these days.

  • @Butcherguitars nobody has forgotten about the black legends so shut your hole... it seems today black people are to busy slapping hoes singing rap and doing crack and class is long gone ok buddy. aint that the truth! this dude would be huge if he actually wanted to be but he chooses to stay out of the mainstream spotlight... why the fuck do you even come here other than to talk shit about a guy you don't even know?

  • @almcg2 listen to the album Fat Possum, starting from R.L. Burnside, Juniour Kimbrough, T-Model Ford, Aise Patton and many more are the real thing.

Seasick Steve sings about jumping on freight trains but he actually hasn't seen one of them for decades.

As already happened in the sixties, white men are cashing on the music of black men, forgotten in a Porch in Greenville, Mississippi.

  • @Butcherguitars Oh my god. Shut up with your preachy bullshit. No one wants to hear it. If you can't appreciate what the man does then don't listen to him. Cunt.

  • @NickRow13 baaaaah said the sheeple

  • @Butcherguitars

What the fuck some ppl keep saying how white man is stealing their music? White guys play blues today, black guys seem to be more interested in pimp and drugs music = rap.

  • @ttesoro yep , black guys are really fucked up to zero hero's

  • @Butcherguitars the mans not a gimmick, he makes his own guitars and done something with is life, what have you done that is so much better that you have to say complete trash like that? i think you should respect other people, just because no one respects you does not mean you dont have to respect others.

  • @Butcherguitars

He's singing a song reflecting on his life as a homeless person in his youth so the video is about that and thus depicts him acting it. The video follows the lyrical theme :O, i bet that's blown your mind.

  • Fucking legend. Is there anything else needed to be said?

He is a genuine musician. Not one of those commercial auto-tuned talentless retards that you hear on commercial radio. S.S. Is a real muso, and a fucking good one at that.

  • best current music artist since led zep. all done ;)

  • I will keep saying, we need more of these musicians, seasick steve is a kind and plain genius

  • The new Rome is cheap.

  • Ave!

  • Ave Imperator, Romania te salutant!

  • Love The Steve! ;)

  • Seasick Steve is god.

  • Lead the street life did Seasick....Take my hat off to you sir...

  • This guy soooo shound hook up with Mr. E from eels, they would chande musik as we know it!

  • RAW CLASSIC BLUES.....

  • The distortion and superimposition are a way of seperation from the afluent society and the way they think in my opinion.I like it the way it is :)

  • ay i agree with Boritomc

the distortion is sort of annoying on his voice.

mind you in terms of ''artsy'' its pretty slick & suits the video

just hope there is a studio version of this cos its savage.

can't wait to see him live woo only like week left :)
