  • Sounds good. Your brass horn is really shiny and pretty. You are lucky with yours. Alot of these new ones dont work so good. I use a long copper needle on mine. Its a medium tone type made by Columbia. Thanks for the fun tune!

  • Great sound quality! May I ask what needles do you think have more presice tone, the soft or the medium ones?

  • @CubeableGame Definitely the soft tone needles. Especially on this repro machine where the sound quality isn't the best anyway, if I put even a medium tone needle in it's extremely loud and you lose quality as well. But no doubt it would be different with genuine machines.

  • @cruddiestcrudever Thank you for your information. What do you mean by extremely loud sound? Is the sound of the record with soft needles loud enough in order to surpass the motor's noise? And how it sounds in a room with 3-4 people talking? Thanks in advance!

  • @CubeableGame I mean the medium tone needles almost double the volume, which is too loud for the small room I have it in. And yes a soft tone needle is louder than the motor noise, and with 3-4 people talking of course it's a bit quieter but you can still listen easily.

  • @cruddiestcrudever Very well then. Thanks again!

  • If it is a remake it must be high quality remake because it sounds great.
