Your starting out good but I would like to suggest adding a moist hide for every single reptile you own. And dimmer lights for the Leos. They are nocturnal and hate bright lights. If your lights are dimmer you will have happier lizards and get to enjoy seeing them out and about more often.

A redtail is a perfect snake to start with you will love it. They grow fast. I started with a Redtail now im on to Retics. Keep them warm and keep feeding. Handle daily you will do just fine. They dont get much more docile than Redtails
