I've got to laugh at some of the comments. Everything is normal speed, I've seen this guy play Cliffs Of Dover a couple of years ago.  As a sound engineer, it would be a load of messing about changing the speed of the music and the video And if there was a speed change, you would certainly know about it as this video would sound odd.
