This movement has always existed and never made any difference because Euros are genetically similar. For example Euro IQ scores fluctuate between 98 and 102 for the most part in Europe. However the average IQ score in Africa is 71. That is the IQ of a mentally ill white European.
The differences are so severe that they, and even their future generations will never be integrated.

A perfect example of this would be Volga Germans who fully integrated into the Russian society. That's the only example I can really think of on the spot, But there's many many more.

As I said, IQ fluctuates from 98-102 for white Europeans. The black average is 71. That is the size of the difference, and that's not even including the massive hard tissue differences.

The average IQ of Africa is 71. Of Europe 102. This difference is coincidence is it? Cultural bias? Your source clearly has a hidden agenda. Even without IQ, how can someone of Negroid appearance assimilate into say Norwegian culture seamlessly?

now secondly i am born and raised in Norway but i am also of Negroid appearance and i like many would object to assimiliation. There is a difference between being assimilated and being integrated. i am fully integrated into norwegian society and consider it my home, however i am not by any stretch of the imagination fully assimilated.
