This decapitator talks good, but true bushis would not humiliate a fellow bushi. I haven't watched the entire movie, but I think this section is very poorly written.  The writer and director didn't know very much about the bushi class. If you had been the head of that house you would lend him a good blade. The decapitator babbling unneeded.
