@05rsx ehh I'll just take that as constructive critisism because this was almost 2 years ago when i had my little 12w amp. now i have a marshall half stack. back then i was trying to keep the underbudget musician (what i was, too) in mind, like the person who isn't putting their whole pay check into their music. but now since i'm in a band, i can afford better and needed better. this was a good little pedal for the time i needed it. i can assure you though 05rsx that i am much, much better now.

What's the difference between the metal 1 and metal 2 and which do u recomend for a thrash metal sound.

@skittlezz77777 the only real difference is the metal 2 is made from metal and the metal one is plastic. but in all honesty i feel like you should only get this pedal if your amp isn't good like mine was then. now i have a Line 6 Spider IV and i haven't touched the pedal since.

unfortunately, the pedal sounds different from different amps. i would reccomend it, but it depends on the songs and the amp(s) if you have like chops then like a 10 second wait or something like that, no. the fuzz inbetween rests in the measures is almost too much. its great for palm muting. its up to you. see if you can try it before you buy it.

life of guitarist: buy, test, keep or sell ;-) ... if you are a bit open-minded you can keep most pedals though, don't see them as what they are sold as, look at them like as what you could do with them :-)

haha it does but i found if u play 1 hour a day or so and when ur done u unplug the guitar cable from the pedal (so only the out is in the pedal) the pedal lasts for 1 week or 2.
