i cant see one video normal do i need another video player or do i need to change something?

yea u can upgrade the os but the thing drains the battery i had the os on it and the battery drained within 5 hours so i changed it back to the original os on the phone and the battery is back to normal

accessing/linking to email is not free. It's either $20 or $50. Not sure.  I got the feature added when it was cheaper but I think it's gone up. that includes email/mms/and internet I think* check out the tmobile website if you really wanna know :)

How good is the video player? More importantly, will it be able to handle a 700mb avi full-lenght movie? I owned the blackberry 8700 in the past so I know it's core features. My only concern is the video playback tho.

Video playback is great as long as you use the Roxio software to transfer it. So far I have watched X-men3, 300 and a few episodes of heroes on it. All with no problems. If you use the drag and drop method to transfer, the audio&video will not sync up correctly all the time. Other than that, its perfect. Crystal Clear.

The video player is a a lot nicer than I thought it would be, go test one out at your local T-Mobile, AT&T or Cingular. I love mine. =]
