Careful - some of the dyes and glitters in eye makeup are not approved for lips - although in my opinion if its full of chemicals and should be worn on the lips - then it should be worn at all. Petroleum on your mouth - mmmmm!

thats not how u make what u have to do is put vaseline in ur spoon then heat it up when its liquidy then put ishadow\lipstick on vaseline then mix it while its in the heating up theen put ur lipstick in ur container put it in ur fridge for like a day then ur done duh

I wouldn't use either ingredient.. Not all pigments/micas are safe on lips.. and unless you thoroughly research, you do not know if those eyeshadows are safe on the lips or not..

Then theres the petroleum jelly (Vaseline)... which is hard to determine the level of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) that is in the petroleum... PAH is linked to cancer and is even banned in some countries.

A safer alternative is shea butter, which can be very inexpensive... also to use "lip safe" pigments.
