its runs on two AA Batteries.

thats a good way to find bends if its taking a wile, but if its stuff with adaptors it will fry in a second

My first bending experience was fingers-on-radio-circuitboard method.

Unfortunately that first radio I did it on eventually broke and my replacement one doesn't do it nearly as well.

i tried my radio ages ago, though nothing worked. it just went silent with anything :(
