@cfenster Yeah, you really got hammered! Lots of good stuff you still got going, so that's nice. Luckily, I have fencing as a deer preventative. Bacillus has always worked well for me on the catepillar front, but it sounds like you have swarms of voracious eaters down your way! Good luck for the rest of the season.
I have lost all of the green here in the south. Brown is the color of the day. Only my 3 kinds of Thai peppers are doing well. No rain for more than two weeks. Perhaps I will have a small bit of luck with fall crops, onions and garlic. Your garden is looking good this far into August, thanks for posting.
@HoschtonBoy Yes, we have had a relatively wet summer, and especially for August. I haven't turned the watering on for over a month. Still pretty green, but you can see the garden starting to wind down now. Thanks for watching, I hope your peppers keep going!
The garden looks great Marvin. Mine is almost finished... The elements, the annimals and the vermin have had their way with it this season!
