Cave story-style game play with Noitu Love-style graphics. A interesting blend indeed. It's a shame that we'll get to see what the game was truly intended to be.

Ooh, it seems like an interesting game.  Too bad he never finished it, although so far the wrench mechan--....the wrench...gimmick functions similar to a typical switch. But it's still pretty cool.

Konjak is indeed one of the better Indie game makers out there. I also noticed your Dune reference, you've been saying "I will kill you!" Pretty often lately throughout the Duo Princess LP, lol. Anyways, nice game shout-out, always good to find another great indie game to mess around with.

Speaking of Indie games, have you heard of Demakes? They take relatively modern games and make them more retro styled (They did one with Silent Hill 2, Shadow of the Colossus, Aquaria, and more) Cool stuff.

We've said it around the house for a long time, to the point now I'm not purposely making a reference. I have to stop and actually think about what it was from.

And I have not heard about Demakes... this I must look into.

They're not all great, but at the very least they give an interesting take on modern games. Konjak's Legend of Princess game could... Well, at least partially be considered as a demake, but at the same time I don't really want to call it that since it has its own particular style and charm to it, among other things, but you get the idea. Heck, they even made a You Have to Burn the Rope demake, so that it looked like a high quality Intellivision game! Weird stuff for sure.
