FOX News is a pile of morons. They show pictures of contrails in the side window. Contrails do not make it rain and have nothing to do with cloud seeding. Cloud seeding involves introducing condensation nuclei into existing water clouds to enhance precipitation. Contrails are water ice at extremely high altitude and do not generate precipitation.
