  • LOVE IT!!

  • this is funny i love christmas and don't care how early i celebrate it. Its a holiday that is mean to bring us together and i feel why not have that feeling all year long?

  • I hate it when I'm looking for Halloween decorations in September, and I find more Christmas stuff than Halloween stuff!! Stores need to stop forcing Christmas on us so soon! I refuse to even acknowledge it as a holiday until after Thanksgiving

  • Holiday commercials are starting to come on the radio and some stores are already starting with the Christmas music, and we are barely into October!

  • Guess what? It is still MAY but already the media is announcing some Christmas shows at theaters. And one show starts on Nov. 8th! I could tolerate some shopping, but actually CELEBRATING? Wait 'till T'Day passes! We need an anti-Christmas campaign crusade against seeing Christmas-themed entertainment before the day after Thanksgiving! People just need to avoid it like Autotune music!

  • YES!!!

  • It's not December, it's barely November, but it is time for THE WAY-TOO-EARLY CHRISTMAS SONG!!!!!

  • Its Oct 28th and I went to the mall, and the halls were decked and they were playing "Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree" I don't know about you, but when its still 90 degrees out and the leaves haven't even started changing the last thing on my mind is Christmas. I know they want people in the mood to buy early, but people are going to spend what they are going to spend whether the Christmas decorations are up or not.

  • Thanks for helping me create the WayToo Early for Christmas Boycott that we should spread around the worls. If it has been around so long, it should have been boycotted then as well.

  • Christmas Creep actually has been around since at least the 1950s, if you research some old articles, for example in 1954 Chicago station WBKB had a show called North Pole Revue that began the last week of September. Also, the "commercialization complaints" date back to the 1920s, along with the "Xmas Spelling complaints" around that time. I wish I could experience a 19th Century Christmas (no Frosty, Rudolph, and Santa merely St. Nick.)

  • The most annoying voice is a parody of Aaron Neville.

But I had to watch this again to find what "obscene" lyrics or "crude" photos might have offended you. Was it the girl licking the Veteran? 0:35 Was it the line about waiting until the Savior's Third Trimester? 1:40

Was it the line about kicking Santa in the North Pole? Was it the toy Angel and Reindeer posed at 2:25?

Seriously, this parody is far from crude or offensive. It's a lighthearted poke at Christmas Merchandising!

  • @RockingJamboree You missed the decapitated angel around 36 or 37 but hey this song doesn't offend me i think its another paul and storm classic!

  • @jsaxmn OK i admit the voice is slightly annoying but thats b/c the singer is annoyed at how early the christmas songs are being played, dude get a sense of humor its Paul and Storm yes they will be obscene and crude when they want to look at the pirates wifes lament

  • That is brilliant! Finally, someone has said something about the 'Christmas Creep'. Christmas is great-AT CHRISTMAS! Its so sad that it has gobbled up Thanksgiving like a big red, green, and frosty blob, and is now overtaking my favorite holiday-Halloween! Its totally psychologically unerving and completely seasonally innapropriate to see jingle bells, christmas trees, and frosty snowflakes when the leaves have just turned color and the pumpkins have come out of the fields. Its disgusting!

  • This is the best new Christmas song I've heard in years.

  • Amen to that, Brother Spintown.

  • Here's another reason why Christmas comes earlier each fudgin' year - and it's not only the cruddy economy! My parents' origin of birth, the good old Philippines, is reputed to have the longest Christmas period in the world, with its beginnings as early as September! Maybe the USA is trying to compete with the Asian archipelago to see which country has the longest (and yes, earliest) holiday season.

  • Stay out of malls until you're ready for the Christmas mood, like the week before Christmas might be the time to first duck in one. But what if you have to go shopping before then? Avoid shopping. Save your money for world travel and education. Do we really need more stuff?

  • This song really reminds me of my senior year in high school! I performed with the chorus, where I was an alto, in our fall side-by-side concert, where we high schoolers at Jefferson co-performed with some middle school students. After were through with our performance, we watched the band play. But the most intriguing things I heard were Michael Storys arrangement of Believe and John Kinyons arrangement of the Russian Bell Carol.

  • (con't) Because the former is from a holiday movie, THE POLAR EXPRESS, the songs are both CHRISTMAS SONGS! Worse, the concert took place in the middle of October!

Having seen enough Christmas displays and tableaus in a handful of stores as early as July in the past few years, I learned that the Christmas creep recently applies to music!!! >;(

  • Oh, and I recently noticed a accruing trend pertaining to holiday muzak piped from the radios as early as late September! Isn't it inopportune to have something like "Jingle Bells" played before Halloween AND Thanksgiving. The song reminds me of scenes from several cartoons when the protagonist breaks into Yuletide spirit and the antagonist joins in with him/her. The latter notices the date (other than December) on the calendar and resumes the battle! I rate this five stars because of this!!!

  • Perfect song to listen to today; seeing as though it's the day after Halloween (as the song suggests).

  • hilarious! love this song.

  • Sad but true...it's not even Halloween yet.

  • Aww, shucks, you shouldn't have. Thanks for the present, Paul and Storm :)

  • Great!
