I disagree. It makes the star seem more real, more relatable, and less like a barbie doll. I'm american and I can honestly say that most of the women here are this size and bigger, much bigger. Not everyone is meant to be thin or even looks good thin. Some people actually think Aishwarya looks better with more meat on her bones. She's still a very pretty woman even with the "muffin top" you're referring to.
