Haha sure XD Well first what you need is Windows Movie Maker, Microsoft paint, and if you plan on using your voice then a microphone as well

Mp or photoshop works fine =D Whichever your more comfortable with is the one you should use. And basically I draw out frame by frame the animations then use windows movie maker to put it together

Well back when I first started I figured something that was about 10 seconds long averaged to take about a day with me, nowadays since I've improved it only takes about an hour =D
