i got this achievement with my first kill of the game. No idea how thats possible

in online there is a thing that getting another achievement also showing you got headshot. the kills made on the bottom left cornershows the kills just made. if there is a marksmen symbol near the progress = that the person kill him with headshot

I got his during story mode playing the convention level-mlg-since i was in stealth got it easy and there is a cheat to go in 3rd

Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but does the achievement's name refer to Sam Fisher form the Splinter Cell series?

I can't imagine why not, seeing as both games are Tom Clancy, and Sam uses silencers (and if you have to shoot someone, it's always best to go with a head shot).

the A.C.E.S system is crap becase if you shoot someone in the back of the head it don't count as a headshot, all it cares about is you shot them in the back.
