Thanks so much! I was always confused when applications said to copy paste my resume. I was doing it all wrong the whole time. I used think think notepad was useless.

I converted my resume into plain text and emailed it to myself and everything looked good, however when I pasted it into the resume field of a potential emplyer the text wasn't alighned properly. Can you tell me why this is so?
