To do that special you have to be in hollow-form. e.g. used the hollow form counter

man, Byakuya rocks, but I can't deny the fact that Ichigo defeated him easily. If Byakuya was a vaizard, he could beat Ichigo easily.

byakuya only lost becuase hes in his shikai...if he was in bankai with a medium setting ichigo could of got his ass kicked,cus byakuya can use the 1000 swords thingy and when he does that he can use imperial white sword...
