I was wondering about the M3 700hp awd.

did BMW build a homologation model of that?

is there more info on that car. engine type etc.?

@Sj1bby The basics that I know are that the car ran a 2.0 IMSA engine with an F1 turbo, and a Getrag 4WD gearbox. I don't think that BMW ever produced the E30 with 4WD, so is likely to be a custom setup. I got this from another video, and also from a comment by Arild's son.

@djtorini They did build E30 iX models with 4wd. But as far as I know the M3 was only rwd and had a natural aspirated 2.3 l4 .

Incredible racing, i remember i used to watch Car Wars 3 on vhs my dad got it for me as a xmas gift when i was a kid.
