  • you are so right about the excess skin. i lost weight very fast i started taking diet pills i got scared because my doctor told me i had high cholesterol. i started in january and by may i had lost 60 pounds i did cardio everyday i also did what i thought was weight training for toning. i do have loose skin in a way on my thighs and arms but this is all after pregnancy. i dont know man im discouraged.

  • What you said about burning off calories was somewhat true. But you really don't need to compare what you burned off to what you eat daily. There are a certain amount of calories you need daily for your body to function healthily. What people struggle with is going over their recommended calorie intake. If any of you are just go on google and ask what you should be getting daily. It ranges for age, gender, and weight. So stick to close to around your recommended intake daily and keep exercising!

  • you talk a lot of what you do today.. can you talk some of how it was when you first started? Motivation say be day. did you skip days, get a personal trainer, etc..

  • I enjoy your videos and I agree with Patricia your BMR is definitely not 300 its probabaly around 1300 cals with no exercise and of course with exercise that number increases.

  • Just a quick little tidbit...the average woman burns between 1500 and 1700 calories a day as their basic metabolic rate. To just breathe and move around as a normal person, a woman burns that many calories...I love your vids. They are entertaining as well as informative. keep up the fantastic work.

  • its never that calculated... i would suggest you set a weight loss goal, then stick to it until you lose it.

  • I would have problems following your workout regime, but so far I like what you say. But I do know that I wouldn't have to work out as much as you do, since I have seen that 1,5 hours per week working out was enough to see results in 10 weeks. Good thing for me since I hate to work out. But maybe you will end up giving me som inspiration to try a bit harder to loose some of my weight.

  • I know that when I tried losing weight I hated to see only 1 pound lost. But think of it this way....1 pound equals 1 stick of butter!!! That helped me.

  • Wonderful videos...very inspirational. Just wanted to let you (and your viewers) know that there are many websites to help you calculate your resting metabolic rate. Unless you are not moving at all, most people burn over 1200 calories per day naturally. So decreasing your caloric intake (no lower than about 1200) and burning calories through exercise (cardio & weights) will ALWAYS lead to healthy weight loss!

    Now all I have to do is practice what I preach! I need to lose about 60lbs!

  • I am currently changing my lifestyle and I find it very hard to find something to eat on the run. Often I am so frustrated beacause I don't know what to eat but I'm always hungry. Sometimes I'll find myself just stuffing myself with carrots because I don't want to eat something that will break my nutrition plan. PLEASE HELP!!! What can I do to grab n go?

  • i'm so impressed with your story. discovering your videos have sent me on a goose chace to LEARN how to loose weight the RIGHT way. 6 years ago, I went from 170-120 in 8 months through LA Weightloss. Needless to say, I've gained it all back and about 40 more lbs. So now, I'm on a new mission to do it right. I'll keep you updated my sister. Thanks for being so inspirational to us all.   • I'm a big workout type person, so after watching your first question video, i decided to try billy blanks ab bootcamp,dam that video is harder than i thought, as far as loose skin, u absolutely have to do some kind of weight training whether its light or medium or heavy, your skin has been streched so you have to get that skin back tight.yall trying to lose weight make sure u are eating healthy don't say "alright i burned 600 calories, let me get some mcdonalds" nall thats not gon work.Good Luck
