Hard to believe I first heard this over 50 years ago - half a century - and it still sounds as good today... if not better! I wouldn't have believed it if you had told me at the time I would be listening to rock as an old man... old men listened to waltzes and brass bands and that sort of crapola, didn't they? Well - they did then but Elvis changed all that! The fact is he was a much better singer than we ever realised back then.

Man i love sun records and Sam Phillips. but don't forget Alan Freed- He is the man responsible for comercialising Rock n roll- Sam Phillips one of the greatest producers of all time- Next best is Paul Rothchild- The Doors/ Janis Joplin's Pearl album
