When ColecoVision came out I was too young to buy my own system. But I would have bought a ColecoVision. Games just seem to be a lot harder. Most atari games I had didn't play anymore after a few times.

I still have my Colecovision too!
Space Fury was one of my all-time fave shooters, by far. I remember being blown away by the graphics of the alien commander.
Zaxxon (I actually found the arcade harder), Venture and Donkey Kong Jr. were among the first games I played on it. Arcade ports were usually really well done on Colecovision, and those 3 were no exception. Still fun as hell to this day!
Awesome stuff, I might work some Colecovision stuff into my video game vids at some point.
