I just dont like galleries or sellers miss-informing the public, selling giclee prints and saying they are real prints like screenprints, etchings, lithographs, woodcuts or monoprints. I dont think a giclee print should lead anyone into thinking they have purchased a real print or painting- its nothing more than a high quality poster. Sell it to the public-BUT, tell them what it really is: a print that you press a button and get several copies. I'm just trying to keep the people informed.

@SikoTheSkater boil a cup of water. while is boiling, put 3TBS of flour into a bowl. add 10TBS of water to that and mix until it's runny. when the water is boiling, pour the runny mix into it. keep stirring and mixing it for two minutes. if you don't, it will bubble over. after two minutes, take it off the heat, add 4TBS of sugar and mix in. Let it cool and pour it into a bucket or whatever you want to carry. adding copper sulfate makes it last longer, but without it, it will last about a week.

I'm not talking about what material people choose to create their work-- I'm talking about the people who buy home printers and copy images of OTHER ARTIST's WORK- print it out and frame it - put it on their walls and tell all thier friends that they now own an artist PRINT-- which is not a print. Its a color photo copy. There is a difference and it is important to fight back and point out the difference or the world will be full of fucken hyped up photocopies and nobody will buy art.
