yes all vj23"s come with electric start. this is a full power bike now all the restrictions are gone off it.the jolly moto"s are gone now and standard pipes are fitted as i could not get the fairings to fit with the jolly pipes.i will post some more video next year when it warms up a bit.
yes jolly moto pipes are sold.i couldnt fit the fairings back on with the pipes as they are too wide.i contacted the factory and sent photos but got no reply so i sold them to a racer.
@dan when you said you cant fit the fairings do u mean the two small extension (lower back part)fairings that wont fit?

vj23's come with electric start. not all 97 models hav electric start its better to go of model instead of year like vj22 or vj23
