When I was a kid... I always wondered how modern films would look if they had been done at times prior to the usage of big-time special effects. This one, and The 70s Ghostbusters just goes to show that Dan Akroyd.. as funny as he is.. was ridiculous for suing Filmation for creating their Ghostbusters cartoon. He sued them for copying HIS idea. But it wasn't HIS idea, it was around for years before he came up with the 80s movie. And titling the cartoon "The Real Ghostbusters" was even more laughable towards Akroyd. I love it all. But I'm level headed enough to recognize how ridiculous Akroyd was.

@hootyhaha Oh, it was a comic book publisher of the mid to late 1980s. The Real Ghostbusters was one of their titles, based directly off the Saturday morning cartoon. They folded in 1994, came back in 2003 as a graphic novel publisher only to fold up again in 2005. What made NOW Comics really cool for me was they were publishing a cool, gritty Terminator comic (1990) when most people had forgotten The Terminator, two years later we got T2 and suddenly Terminators were in vouge again.

@melani411 ~ Martin and Lewis did a film called "Scared Stiff" There's a "Spook Busters" with Huntz Hall and the Bowery Boys where Bob Hope plays a skeleton without a credit. I don't know what the film is that he's doing the intro for in this clip.
