  • feet kind of together!? That's the official advice? Feet shoulder or hip width would be a better peice of advice from an "expert". We're fixing small problems, we need to make sure our body is in perfect alignment before we commence in these excersizes. Blind leading the blind.

  • Sounds like you don't know what you're talking about. Kirk know his stuff. These exercises are part of posture/alignment correction. Poor pelvic tilt is a VERY common postural issue.

Pelvic tilts are often overlooked by other "trainers." TVA strengthening and pelvic stability is vital to human performance, posture, and injury prevention. Training the TVA with pelvic tilt variations ensures that we have proper pelvic alignment.

  • once again I state the importance of perfect allignment and you tell me I don't know what I am talking about. I see the failing of allignment and you tell me I don't know what I'm talking about. I know the importance that's why I call shinanaganz on you stupid fake video talking about spinal allignment with a demonstration that has sloppy technique.
