  • I miss Colton Orr in the NHL. His fights were always good. He didn't always win, but even when he lost it was exciting.

  • All Fritzs show, CLEAR WIN goes to him, Orr didnt land anything though, his one good-looking attemp falled shortly to the mark IMO.

  • ya to bad Fritz already beat Laraque

  • fritz should fight chara. couple of apes who cant fight hugging each other... would work out........... well shitty actually. isles should just dump him

  • @OilersFan2354 Fritz can fight anyone, anywhere, anytime. fuck you asshole.

  • no. he can't "fight" anyone. he sure is good at hugging and falling on people though

  • @OilersFan2354 haha yeah he 6 feets 7 and chara 6'9 i think would be awesome

  • I was being sarcastic... good fights involve people that land more than one punch the whole time regardless of size. such as Carcillo, Laraque, Rypien... even Orr has exciting fights when its not against some dumb gorrilla

  • @OilersFan2354 LOL LARAQUE ?? he fucking useles chit he just got fired out of montreal today HAHAHAHA

  • yet he can beat up anyone in the nhl with ease and to top it off he's actually a really cool guy who does tons on charity work

  • @OilersFan2354 i hope he doing charity he just stole 4 million to montreal by doing fucking nothing in 1 years and half

  • not just about points about leadership too thats probably why he got the a

  • FRITZY! He looks like such a big doofball. He's alright, how the hell did he get alternate captain status on Bridgeport? He's got 2 points in something like 30 games, I can see him getting it for his experience @ Long Island and such.

  • fritz may have won this one barely, if fritz wasnt 6'8 he would totally get his ass handed to him on a daily basis

  • Fritz owned him? I guess you think the Isles are positioned nicely for the playoffs too? Orr plays a regular shift. Get over it.

  • fritz owned him

  • owned is a big word... Orr was fighting a bigger man than he his... Orr did well in this

  • In another link, entire fight replayed 3 times in super slow motion. While Orr connected on 3-4 and opened Fritz up, most of Fritz's didn't land. You can't win a fight by looking good.

  • nice fight would be Boogard vs Fritz

  • hahahahaha, yeah. it would be a good fight to watch fritz get killed by Boogaard!

  • Yea, I don't think so. Fritz has beaten the best (Laraque). Right now, Fritz is on top IMO.

For the record, I hate the NYI.

Aslo, I just watched a fight between Orr and Fritz live on TV. I imagine we can all check it out in the morning. Orr made it a close one.

  • Laraque is not "The Best"

    i saw tht fight too!

  • Ok, you convinced me. I've been watching Boogaard's fight on here and he's probably in the top three or four.

    watch?v=rfl75-WaV6A

WOW!!! If that were me, I'd still be crying!

  • top three or four? hes number two all time in my opinion. unless u include the 1980 olympic team, Jack O'Callahan

  • I'll certainly have to disagree with you there. Nothing personal but I think you're thinking with your heart and not your brain. He got taken a few times in the videos that I watched.

    watch?v=ZI7mMrIE6Fo For example.

He's in the top three or four this year. Brashear, Laraque, Boogaard and Fritz.

  • Everybody always says that. If you study his technique and watch how he fights you will notice that he is always consistant. he may not win every single fight, but after every fight hes in,he pumps up the rest of the team. he doesnt fight because he dislikes a player. he fights to support his team and protect them.

  • Orr won the fight on 12/29/08....Look at all the blood on Fritz...Orr has very heavy hands...

  • I'm not so sure there was a winner. But I guess that's in the eye of the beholder.

On Fritz bleeding, he always does. Check out all his fights on here and you'll see just about 2/3rds of the time he goes to the locker room. He's definitely a bleeder.

  • well i this did orr is a piece of shit

  • orr is a beast you can't talk shit on him

  • Haha the Islanders have him now!! Hell yea!! He rocked Andrew peter's last night and i'm glad he beat Orr in this one

  • Mitch Fritz is a career minor league goon

Orr is at least is a regular nhl player

  • Orr is a regular nhl player... a regular nhl player goon. And it doesn't change the fact Orr got his clocked cleaned.

  • Got his clock cleaned ? You watchin the same fight I did ? The goofy big clod looked like he had about a foot on Orr and still failed to connect with even one solid shot. Clock cleaned ? What a frickin moron you are.

  • c'mon lol barely anything landed

  • I would not want to fight Big Fritz!!!

  • HELL NO LOL

  • when Mitch played for Hartford. I got into a shouting match with him in Bridgeport. He said I'll fight you outside dude!!

  • rofl really? that bed awesome if i were u id love the have a shouting match with fritz lol

  • Can't wait to see Fritz in an Islander uniform!

  • Wouldnt mind seeing a re-match now Fritz has left! ORR ftw i reckon :) es gotten so much stronger since that fight ^^^

  • Colton tries to battle whit MONSTER

  • Fritz is awesome it wont be the same w/out him in springfield

  • Fritz is a big fella. I'd like to see him in the lineup against Minnesota. 6'7 Derek Boogaard vs. 6'8 Mitch Fritz. Talk about a good tilt!

  • Rangers just traded Lampman for Fritz!

Lessard and Fritz on the same team

    THE END IS NEAR!

  • Well they're Rangers teammates now...

  • HELL YEAH MITCH FRITZ IS THE MAN!!
