As an Indian Muslim who supports the Kashmiri peoples right to self determination and freedom if they chose I find nothing wrong in this video. The freedom fighter/militant was clearly being rescued by the army who identified him "as the same bearded guy" and then shot him when he made hostile movements. This made him a very legal target. The officer in charge has the safety of his men above all else.
What was he doing in a house where an encounter with terrorists had just taken place. The soldiers can be heard identifying him "as the same guy". Lastly , they were still trying to help him out even after positive identification and he tries to throw a grenade! (visible @ 0.45 sec in this video and someone says at that point "shoot him")

As an Indian Muslim who supports the Kashmiri peoples right to self determination and freedom if they chose I find nothing wrong in this video. The freedom fighter/militant was clearly being rescued by the army who identified him "as the same bearded guy" and then shot him when he made hostile movements. This made him a very legal target. The officer in charge has the safety of his men above all else.
