  • They sale lithium at vitamin stores its a natural supplement I know for fact this is not bad for you if you take the recomened dosage

It will help you we lack this in our brains and if taken can give you a normal mental state it not a dangerous drug of antianxity pill like Valium or zoloft

  • I am coming off lithium. When I had a breakthrough, the doctor did not listen to me. He looked at my symptoms - Drugs were the quickest way to quieten me.

Counsellors look at the whole person, they spend time listening. they dont give a quick fix. They respect the person. I would not give my dog a drug when all its needs is loving kindness. Ametyst.

  • Depression at age 13, Bipolar with Lithium at age 23, now 49 and still alive.

Lithium killed my thyroid age 35. .200 mg Levoxyle 200 lbs. TSH as high as 28

  • I take the stuff as a mood stabilizer in chronic psychotic depression and it works extremely well. I am not however bipolar. Is there science behind this usage or am I being used as a guinea pig.

  • @TheCaptainLulz your being used brother. i took lithium and it almost destroyed my life. i lost money, respect for myself, thoughts of suicide and feeling of being in my own shitty world. i stopped taking it last christmas and since then, ive been striving. i get lots of exercise, sunlight, i take vitamins everyday and eat healthy, thats all it takes, ANY medication is poison for the body.

  • @Turbochargedss perhaps you had a bad reaction to it, or your levels werent being monitored closely enough. Its doing great for me and has been for over a year now. Perhaps it is a shitty doctor that ruined your life and not the pills?

  • @TheCaptainLulz you think its doing great for you. thats their way of brainwashing you and controlling you, trust me. the shit is horrible for you. honestly man, get off of it. it may seem like you get more depressed when you stop taking it but you have to ease yourself off of it slowly and you will notice great results.

  • @Turbochargedss Ummmmm, so a guy whos clearly not taking medication, psych meds at that, is giving me a conspiracy theory about brainwashing and control....gotta admit, it dont look too good for your credibility.

  • @TheCaptainLulz its not a conspiracy theory, i just care for anyone who is being pushed any type of medication, its quite sad to see how it gets worse everyday. i took lithium for 2 and a half years btw.
