Actually, I do carry an ID with me while I'm out. I use a separate state-issued ID from my license so it doesn't get misplaced. Write your ICE # on the back in Sharpie and cover with clear tape.

What I don't like about RoadID bracelets is tan lines and the possibility that when you're out someone can see your info. It a privacy concern. I'd go for the dog tag version myself. But you can get those at nearly any local engraving shop.
