  • First I wanted to post a hate comment, but I tried to make it and it failed miserable, I baked it around 115 °F for about 5 hours, only difference is that I made the shape of a bread not flat. It was not nearly done and it already started to stink immensly, then out of frustration I turned the oven at 225 °F for 2 hours,.

    It failed miserable....

    But one more comment at this video, you say u dehydrated at 145°F ? Whats even the point to making this essene bread? all the enzymes gets killed?
