it lacks any talent or intelegence. also the origional by James Douglas Morrison was genous, any weirdo can take a song and put some weirdo in it dressed up like a hooker robot from the 50's.
Very good cover by mr. Billy Idol. Billy Idol is a Jim Morrison and The Doors fan. He enters in the Oliver Stone movie "The Doors"(my life fav movie) as "Cat".
A more than admirable cover of a song I thought no one should ever attempt to cover. Who is the woman in the video though? She had me f%#$ing hypnotized.
Billy Idol gets his proper respect for attempting to fill the boots of a legend who sings about a witchy woman he probably met at the Whiskey. Morrison is a hard act to follow, but Idol gets my vote for taking the risk.
really love this video .. thanks Steve is a very under-rated guitar player and Billy Idol what a talent

A nice version but give a listen to "System of the down" from the Doors tribute Stoned Immaculate.......took the song to another plane.....very cool.

This is really good but the Doors will always rule over this version.

The Doors did the original "LA Woman," and Billy Idol has done an awesome rendition of this song. Idol "idolized" Morrison.

This is taken from another video. Not the original version of L.A. Woman.
But I would also like to know the name of this video if someone of you let me know. Thanks.
