Looks yummy. How did it taste? Do you find increasing the temp to cook faster will change the flavor?

@arwomack01 Tasted great nice & moist. The Traeger does smoke less the higher the temp it is set at, also at a higher temp the shin crisps. Thanks for watching & commenting.
