the point was clear during the first 10 seconds. i was waiting for the culmination over the next 7 minutes... what a waste of time.

you have to walk up to it to see the illusion of movement by looking at the breaks in the paper- this is a video of the installation, not the kinetoscope images themselves...

Umm, I see neither a Kinetoscope nor a Zoetrope... more a variation on a praxinoscope.
