I like this trick but an important thing to note is that most attributes or skills or whatever they're called wont let you acces the perks to having it at a certian mastery level (Novice. Apprentice, Journeymen, etc...) if you get it to that level by fortifying it. For example I cant paralyze and apponent with hand to hand (or whatever high level skill you get for that lol) if I were to just fortify that skill

one is in the arch mages personal quarters which is in the arcane university which is the one i was in but you have to be in mages guild and a certain postion in the mages guild to get in there. There alot of altars four inside the Chironasium, I think you have to buy Frostcrag Spire but there is one in there you must purchase the magetallow candles and upgrade the altar before it can be used
