I know this is an old video,,,,but hopefully you have learn how to Shade and render. Try using small brushes too for small textures.

i agree with darkfire the coloring is good exspecially w the hair but the proportions are kinda disturbing keep on practicing and youll get better i know i have just look at my vids unfrtunately i cant put my photoshop stuff up T-T

the coloring is great, but you should practice with the actualy drawing...god i sound like im bashing your work, but im not trying to, just work on the basic shapes in anime faces and bodies. hope that halps...sorry
