Answer for justastrumming- I'm not too good on chords, I play mostly by ear but I start this one with a D chord and over the 1st part I keep the D shape except for on the B string which changes from the 3rd fret to the 2nd a couple of times and then from the 1st to "open" a couple of times. For the next section I go to the Em, the keep the shape but add a 2nd fret on the B string, then a transient 3rd fret on the B.

Answer for justastrumming pt2 - Then I do an open chord which frets only the D and B strings on the 2nd. The "I'm going where" bit hits a strait Em followed by most of the chords from the 2nd section. I hope thats some help. I explained it the best i could, I think maybe I should learn some musical jargon.

Okay, I got some of the words a bit wrong. For example: The rain should be poring, and I know that , but still it keeps falling, and there are probably other slight variations...Sorry.
