Awesome!! I worked in Malaysia in 1993 and had the pleasure of meeting Zainal. I even stayed at his house 1 night! Does anyone have any of his old songs? I am looking for songs from the same album as Manis. Songs like Baba. Also Mana Dia.

I found this guy's album in a music shop in Germany 10 years ago! Loved it. [Album: gamal] Then realised that some of it was recorded in Australia where I came from!

@croon4u Oh yeah! The album Gamal was one of the BEST from Zainal Abidin, but what started off Zainal 'Hijau' Abidin-mania was his first solo album entitled HIJAU.

This sets international standards for Malaysian music to follow then . . .
