I think its pointless and don't care to try pigeonholing this into some specific genre of music. If I said it was screamo, I wouldn't be doing it much of a favor because most of the screamo out there is just crap that gives the true artists a bad name. Whatever it is, it is beautiful music that paints a picture for me with its emotion despite not understanding a word to this song. THIS IS ART!
