  • You are able to win some jackpots on Tippin' Blocks. I am able to win lots of them on Stop the Clock at 1000. In that machine I may win 6 jackpots with 15 games in average. But this machine pays 500 tickets per jackpot. So the machine that you play is configurated with 1000 coupons, here is configurated of only 250 coupons. I also have won some jackpots on that machine. I recommend you trying to win the jackpot on stop the clock at 1000, I believe it is available at D & B. Bye.

  • @robertoantonio007 Thank you for the advice; sadly, our Stop the Clock at 1,000 was removed a long time ago, with the reason having been no longer able to get parts for it. It was definitely a big money-maker for me long before 1/2 price day even existed.

  • @robertoantonio007 Believe me, I wish they still had Stop the Clock at my Dave & Buster's. It was taken out somewhere around 2004-2005 (I forget when) with them saying they could no longer obtain parts to fix it. If it was still here and set like it was back then, I probably would be playing it as much as Tippin.

  • Lol i played this game at a johns incredible pizza and i won 400 tickets, then the machine broke and gave me almost 900 tickets for winning.

  • Could you give me a brief description on what to watch for? Thank you

  • Hey man! I was able to win 7x + times at two different locations but after it gets extremelly hard. Is it normal? How long do you usually wait for the machine to reset itself? Also, another location i went to had extremely high settings. I could not win at all. The blocks would not drop at the opposite side like we usually see. Any ideas how to beat it? Sometimes its even impossible to catch the blocks since they are almost outside the screen...

  • @watchmegainmuscle Yes, this is normal. HARD MODE CAN BE BEATEN. I may, in the future, get up a video detailing this.

  • Ugh.... I was just at D&B today in pittsburgh. I could barely get past 30. I gotta get down there and practice more. This game is legitimately tough is you can't hold the controller perfectly level

  • i tried playing this with one hand and failed hahaha because i had a bunch of tickets and my card

  • Yea i always watch people play. I play a similar game but u have to hit a button and stop moving blocks in each other but that game costs 5.0 and u can win 200 if u choose or 1000 if u choose to keep going.. im gunna try tippy blocks on Wednesday cuz its probably in easy mode constantly cuz I've never seen anyone hit.. hopefully i can get it down pat like u so i can win an upad2 for about $300 than sell it on ebay

  • @IceFox33091 Just a heads-up from a profit standpoint...if you're paying $300 in gameplay to get an iPad you may need to improve. You should only be out $150 max on 1/2 price day even once you just get to 1 out of 3 wins.

Also, D&B only carries the 16GB iPad 2 - you'll only really be able to get $475 usually, and the eBay/PP fees might knock you back to around $430 or so.

Could you please give me the name of the other game you're talking about with 200/1,000 tickets?

  • How much does this game cost on half price game night

  • @IceFox33091 2.1 here.

  • the dave and busters here in pays out only 250 tickets per 2.2 swipe on wednesdays, Kind of ridiculous. . . and it's on fuck you mode constantly

I still managed to be profitable, but not much.

  • @jellybeansinc That scares me. Was it always 250 for you or was it a higher amount and then reduced to 250? If the latter, I might seriously complain - the manager at my D&B has said that settings on the games are supposed to be uniform from one locatio to another. Anything varying from that might get the manager at your D&B in trouble - you may be able to force them to raise the jackpot.

  • @MewtwoStruckBack It was at 1000 around August, then they made it 500, then down to 400, and now 250. It sucks because I've only gotten slightly profitable within the last visit ( I can beat the hardest mode 1/3 of the time now)

If you are correct then I will make a complaint. Another big change they made was galactix, they made it at the hardest mode--which I do not think is against the rules. They made these two big changes recently.

This dave and busters sucks (Orlando). . .

  • Hey,

Are you going to post a new video with your new method? I was at DB last night but I was only able to win it once :( I keep losing on the last unit.

  • @watchmegainmuscle At some point - I need to both get a good vid and either get clearance from D&B to film OR find a time where no one will be around to disrupt filming. (All of the vids I currently have up were shot on the same day, when no management was around to dissuade filming.)

I was there yesterday and earned 100,000 tickets from Tippin'.

  • @MewtwoStruckBack

I was able to catch #7 and 8 by watching your tutorial but when i try to move slowly to the opposite side, the block falls behind me instead. What's your strategy as far as adding money to your card? Do you only play on wednesdays since it's 1/2 off?

  • @watchmegainmuscle If the block is falling on the opposite side after you have crossed the center of the screen, you have crossed too early. Try delaying slightly longer until you figure out the proper timing.

I focus my play on Wednesday but will play any days - 250% rate of return on other days and 500% ROI on Wed. Money goes on the card $100 at a time, or if they ever run that 20% off coupon again, a $1,000 charge (that you pay $800 for.) Coupons are overrated...

  • really great tutorial, thanks a lot ill try this tomorrow! awesome

  • @azn3dx90 If you're in my area, you might see me tomorrow.

Goddamn I need to make a new tutorial vid. This sucks compared to my current playstyle. I'd like to recommend gelotalian12s's videos as well - his strategy is a bit unorthodox but you can't argue with the results!

  • @MewtwoStruckBack ah... i went about 0/7 lol. The problem was the platform was constantly at an uneven level because the handle was broken lol, so I actually had to tilt it just to make it straight in the first place

  • I won 11,000 tickets from this game at Disney World. The jackpot on this game there was 250, and it was very easy to beat. Slowly move the tower from left to right and right to left and it's very simple.

  • @erni5cp If you won the jackpot 44 times, I can only presume it wouldn't have been in easy mode the whole time. Did you have to move as far left to right as I did near the end of this video? If so, it's in hard mode.

  • @MewtwoStruckBack When I was 1 block from the jackpot, I would usually move the tower to the far left or right and then move it slowly the opposite direction. The game usually places the blocks opposite of where the tower is. Occasionally, the blocks would appear out of order.

  • @MewtwoStruckBack My son wins this game 7 out of 10 plays & the jackpot is 1,000 tickets per win. The game gets harder each time you play until the 7th win, then it stays at that hard level and doesn't change for the rest of our stay. We play about 4 hours on Wednesdays (1/2 price game day) and our machine dispenses about 15,000 tickets per hour so we usually wind up getting 60,000+ tickets per trip. That's a $300+ value on $30 spent. We get 10x the money in return. Sorry, I won't give location.

  • @gelotalian12s I would kill to have a consistent 1,000 JP on this here. I do realize that some D&Bs have different rules as to how their machines must be set and they have a higher JP than ours - I was making 5:1 on my money on 1/2 price day and it would make sense you'd have 10:1 return with a doubled jackpot.

I may have to make a road trip to another D&B over a long weekend and hammer them hard! (Try putting in an 8-hour shift if you can; you could get an iPad 2 for $60 in one day!)

  • @MewtwoStruckBack I've thought about hitting them hard, but I'm too afraid that may be enough for them to lower the tickets to maybe 500 or less. Why ruin a good thing? If they do lower it, then we'll play longer and get more tickets not caring what happens any more. So far we've gotten 5 iPad2's, and we have enough for almost another 5, but we're gonna wait until the holidays to see if there's anything else that's interesting enough to buy and/or make money from them. I'll keep you posted. :-)

  • @gelotalian12s Well if they lower it to 500, then you're still getting 5:1 on your money and turning $55 an hour profit or better. I think 100,000 a week is a good benchmark for a maximum. 100 hits is possible in 200 plays easily.

How many iPads do you order at one time?

And yes, they're going to be getting new stuff for the holidays.

By the way, I'd be grateful if you could chart your wins and losses and report on your next trip - I would like to know jackpot percentages from other places!

  • @MewtwoStruckBack My son tracks his wins according to a $10 card which is 48 credits. On average on 1/2 price Wednesdays, he'll win anywhere from 16 to 19 times out of 24 swipes. Recently D&B raised their game price from 3.9 credits to 4.2 so on 1/2 price Wednesdays, it's now raised from 2.0 to 2.1, so the 24 swipe per $10 rule has gone down to just under 23 swipes. The last 2 times we ordered iPad2's, we ordered 3 at a time and they didn't care if we ordered that many. They're all nice people.

  • @gelotalian12s Will you please make your videos public?

  • at my dave n busters they gave out 1,000 tickets for jackpot if you win the tippin blocks

  • I play this pretty much every time I go to D & B. First couple visits...nothing..then I watched your video a few times...Next visit I only hit it 2 times..Last night I hit it 6 times, but definately not as consistent as you. I get to the 8th block every play, I just have to get the timing down for the shift over to opposite side...thanks again...6,000+ tickets last night and learning

  • @convict231 How in the hell did you hit this LAST night? I was there between 12 and 4 PM and rammed it into hard mode by hitting 12 of 24, and from there was lucky to get 1 in 6. How often were you jackpotting?

  • @MewtwoStruckBack I don't think we're going to the same D & B.. the one i go to is 1,000 tickets per jackpot. I don't think it was in hard mode but it definately wasn't easy mode. When I first sat down I hit it 4 times out of about 14 or 15. I didn't lock the game down and ended up letting others play it because noone was getting close so I guess that helps bring the mode back down a level..

  • @convict231 1,000 tickets per JP - you lucky son of a bitch. If you could get to the level this video is at...or better yet, the level I was last Wednesday (9/10 JPs to start)...shit, man. Abuse the hell out of that 1,000.

  • @MewtwoStruckBack I'm trying to get to that level. Like I said i get 8 blocks every play. A lot of times the damn thing cheats you. I caught it but it was off the screen and it didn't give it to me..but then again a few times i stole them too :) I'm trying to get to the level that I'll be able to abuse the hell out of it. I'm gettin there

  • @convict231 Can you get me a video of you playing? I'd like to analyze it and see whether it's the game in hard mode, or something you might be slightly off on that I can help you overcome.

  • @MewtwoStruckBack Sounds like a plan. I'll usually only go once a week, so next time I'm there i'll have a friend record it and get it over to you. Would definately like to know if its just a minor adjustment on my part of if the machine is just in hard mode. I do know there is a regular guy there that usually plays about 2 or 3 hours and hits it pretty often...often enough to lock it down and probably win over 15,000 tickets a night or more.. He does have a different strategy than you

  • @MewtwoStruckBack I'll try to get that on video also if I get a chance and he's there.

  • check my other channel pocketpoke123 for pokemon only -.0

  • @MewtwoStruckBack no i said almost -_o

  • lol i almost got stucck with it after you played u broke da machine cuz ur payout was too high and not enough ticket XD

  • @1chunkabunk I thought I told you that it wasn't going to be hittable for at least 2-3 days given what I hit today?

  • What are some of the things you have traded your tickets for? You must have a lot of stuff.

  • You make Tippin Bloks look so easy. Thanks for the instructional vid. I haven't played this game before but I'm going to look for it the next time I'm at Dave and Busters. Hopefully the jackpot will be 1000!!

  • @JinKim31 Which D&B? They don't increase or decrease by play, but rather are hard-set by location. If it's Pittsburgh you're gonna be stuck with it at 500 (which still isn't bad) but you may end up playing it after I have (which would be bad.)

  • The D&B's here in Ontario, CA upped their JP for Tippin' Bloks to 1000. I don't know the difficulty, though. You need to get your Poke-butt over here to California, Mewtwo.

  • @almightytora If I could be sure that the profit from a weekend at your D&B locations was so immensely high that it would offset travel costs, or I was headed out there for another reason (convention in your area) I would be over!

  • wtf

  • Do you just do guides at D&B's? Awesome playing btw!

  • @iGangster D&B is the only place worth playing at within driving range. If there was another place I'd do guides there.

  • @MewtwoStruckBack

Oh, cool. Ever seen this one game in a mall, its hard to explain, but theres these ipods in a 6 x 6 grid, and the front is covered except a little oval, which you must control this stick-pusher thing with [->] and [^] controls and you have to get the stick in the middle of the oval, then press the "Push" button and hope that the stick just fits in to the oval and pushes the ipod down into the prize flap.

I think it's called Topple. Ever heard of it or played it?

  • @iGangster It sounds like Drill-O-Matic. I'll look into it.

  • @MewtwoStruckBack

It's kind of like that, but different. I can't seem to find the right name unfortunately

  • MewTwo as in the Pokemon?

  • @BigDH28 Yup

  • @BigDH28 Cool! That was one of my favorite Pokemon, The Holographic card! I loved playing when they FIRST came out, The original Decks. (Many years back) Now there are all different kinds, It stopped being fun.
