looks to me like a futaba fx40, has at least 14 channels...

its a tray type transmitter, i.e. not handheld but held up with straps like a backpack or round your neck. thats why it can be so big

I don't know why you would want a gyro on a 3d plane but I am new to gyro so I wouldn't know!

because of their lightweight, imballanced and snappy nature, they are often added to stabalize axis movment. If a tiny gust of wind wants to knock the plane sideways, it will imidiately automatically counteract it by adding signal to the servos. Thus if the plane is hovering and begins tipping to the right, the gryo will make the rudder start moving left.

I have a F27c and I want to put a gyro on it to control pitch. The only problem is that the 2 servos work in opposite directions. I have a eflite 110hl gyro. How do I hook it up?
